Jacqueline initially learned her craft from her father John as part of an apprenticeship before studying at the National Bakery School in London where she achieved a level of Distinction for her work.

Her passion for sugarcraft & artistic flair has led her to create many beautiful & adventurous cakes that have won Gold awards at national & regional competition.
