A selection of the new and the most popular designs can be viewed in our showroom at the bakery. Here you will find many ideas to whet your appetite, whether you are looking for a traditional design, classic elegance or contemporary, to something extravagant. Cakes can be graced with delicate handmade sugar flowers as a lasting memento or adorned with a unique model of the bride & groom created to resemble the happy couple.

Inspired novelty ideas are a speciality as well as luxuriant Belgian chocolate cakes that can be served as a dessert with a drizzle of cream.

Most of our designs can be customized to suit your requirements or you may prefer to have an original bespoke wedding cake. With a little imagination and our expertise we can create a stunning centrepiece for your special day.

Recipes

All cakes are baked on the premises and are made from premium ingredients. Any size can be made whether feeding a handful to hundreds.

Fruit cakes are made to an award-winning favourite family recipe and are laced with lashings of spirit to moisten and mature. We are also pleased to offer a choice of lemon, raspberry or coffee Madeira, rich chocolate Genoese & spiced carrot cake as an alternative, with a light buttercream filling or melt-in-the-mouth ganache made from Belgian chocolate and double cream.
